This fully washed lot of heirloom cultivars was grown between 1800 and 2000 meters above sea level in the Nansebo region of Sidama, Ethiopia by smallholder farmers organized around the Tulu Golla washing station, where coffees like this one are meticulously processed using a 72 hour underwater fermentation to break down fruit pulp and to develop flavour.
