This white honey processed microlot of exclusively the Red Caturra varietal was grown in the West Valley of Costa Rica between 5400 and 5600 feet on a 65 hectare estate called Sumava de Lourdes, which was founded by Vancouver coffee importer John Nishiyama and is managed by Francisco Mena.
