This fully washed lot of 100% Sidra cultivars was grown on José Gaibor’s farm Rancho Tio Emilio, which is situated at 1350 meters above sea level in the Nanegal country of Ecuador’s Pichincha province, where the humidity and temperature of the local microclimate allow the coffee to ripen in a way typically seen at much higher altitudes.
