Harvested from 100% Pacamara cultivars, this natural processed microlot was grown in volcanic soil just east of the volcano Ilamatepec on Ricardo Valdivieso’s family farm called Finca Las Ninfas, which is located between 5300 and 5700 feet in the municipality of Apaneca in El Salvador’s Ahuachapán department.
