This fully washed selection of Caturra, Bourbon, Typica, Pache, and Catimor cultivars was grown in the disctrict of Santo Domingo de la Capilla in the province of Cutervo in the Cajamarca region Peru by a small group of local smallholder producers at 5050 – 6250 feet.
