Grown on the western slopes of the Volcán Tacaná, a volcano located on Mexico’s southeastern border, by Alfred Klein and his family on their farm Finca San Carlos near the city Unión Juárez, in Chiapas, Mexico at 3600 – 4450 feet, this fully washed is composed entirely of a cultivar Alfred calls Jade Centennial, which is an unknown variety of coffee plant that has yet to be classified.
