Grown between 5000 and 6500 feet in a small community called Candelaria located in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, this fully washed selection of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Typica, and Pacamara cultivars was harvested and processed as a collaborative effort of three contributing farms: Finca Joya Grande, Finca La Maravilla, and Finca Vasquez.
