This month, we've got two fruit bombs for our subscription coffees.

Case Study No. 9 is Karumandi, Kenya, hailing from the Kirinyaga county of Kenya. It's a really exciting coffee, packed with juicy fruit flavours, a syrupy body, and a sugary sweetness. It also has some distinct tropical aromatics of something like guava or pineapple, making it a whole fruity flavour experience.

The coffee I've chosen for the pairing this month was a bit of a surprise to me when I first tasted it. Papua New Guinea is known for coffees with herbal and occasionally earthy profiles. So when I tasted this one, I was very surprised that a coffee like this comes out of Papua New Guinea. To me, it tastes more like an African coffee than Indonesian one, with its clean acidity and intense fruity flavours. To me, this coffee tastes like ripe and juicy pineapple with just a hint of basil in the finish.

Hope you enjoy!
